Scope-Locked Quote
Once the final photographed/listed scope is confirmed in writing, we do not add extra clearance charges for those agreed items.
Confirmed Clearance Window Commitment
Once the scope, access requirements, booking window and deposit are confirmed, your clearance window is scheduled and confirmed in writing.
If we fail to attend the confirmed clearance window due to our fault, our service-credit terms apply.
After-Photos Included
After-photos of the agreed cleared areas are provided for your records once the agreed clearance is complete.
