On scheduling, our B2B clearance crew arrives with the right tools. We dismantle oversized meeting tables, pack screens, and extract assets efficiently to meet your landlord/agent timeline.

We separate reusable office chairs/desks, electronic e-waste (monitors, printers, cabling), and non-recyclable materials. We route them to charity partners, e-waste recyclers, or eco-partners.

After Photos & Handover Confirmation

Once the tenancy is left broom-clean, we capture before/after photos and send a documented exit confirmation file to your property manager or agent as physical proof of clearance.
